Yes. The free plan is permanently free — not a trial. You get 100 exit signals per month, every feature, and no credit card required. It is free because we want you to see the value before you decide to scale up. When your traffic grows and you need more signals you can upgrade at any time.
A signal is counted when a shopper submits a response to the exit question on your product page. If a shopper sees the widget and closes it without responding that does not count as a signal. You only use your allowance when you get actual intelligence.
Your listeners pause automatically until the next billing cycle. You will receive an email notification at 80% of your limit so you always have advance warning. If you have auto-upgrade enabled your plan moves to the next tier automatically and collection continues without interruption. You can manage this setting in My Account.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — your new signal limit is available right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you always get the full value of what you have paid for. You can upgrade or downgrade as many times as you need.

Unlimited on every plan. There is no limit to the number of product pages you can add a listener to. Your plan only limits the total number of signals collected across all your listeners per month — not how many listeners you can run.
